Gentle Support, Every Step of the Way
Whether you're on a fertility journey or embracing pregnancy, Reflexology offers gentle, natural support tailored to where you are. I offer dedicated sessions for both: Fertility Reflexology to nurture hormonal balance and ease stress along your conception journey, and Pregnancy Reflexology, from 12 weeks onwards, to ease common discomforts and help prepare your body for labour.
Fertility Reflexology
Reflexology can offer valuable, natural support on your fertility journey. Sessions are gentle, restorative, and complement any fertility treatments or medical care you may already be undergoing.
This session may help to:
- Ease stress and anxiety associated with fertility challenges
- Support hormonal balance and more regular menstrual cycles
- Improve blood circulation to the reproductive organs
- Support healthy endocrine function
- Create a sense of emotional wellbeing and calm
- Prepare the body, mind, and emotions for conception
Pregnancy Reflexology
From early pregnancy through to labour preparation, this session offers gentle, trimester-safe support for expectant mothers using techniques adapted specifically for pregnancy.
This session may help to:
- Ease common discomforts like morning sickness, back pain, and swelling
- Reduce anxiety and promote better sleep
- Support hormonal balance throughout pregnancy
- Ease pelvic and sciatic discomfort
- Improve circulation and reduce fluid retention
- Prepare the body for labour in its final weeks
Please note: Pregnancy Reflexology is safe from 12 weeks onwards. A physician's approval may be required for high-risk pregnancies. Special, gentler techniques and pressure points are used throughout to ensure safety and comfort at every stage.
Health Insurance
Several health insurance plans provide cover for Reflexology. Please check with your own insurer for details specific to your policy.
Holistic therapies are a wonderful complement to your care, but should never replace it. I always advise clients to continue any medical or psychological treatment they are currently undergoing, and to let their doctor or healthcare provider guide and monitor any changes to that care.
