I live in Rathfarnham, Dublin, and this morning began like many others — quietly, gently.
I woke up, followed my morning routine, and sat for meditation with my cat, Vinny, beside me.
What happened next is something I experience only on rare occasions.
Within a window of about 30 minutes, moving from deep breathing into a profound meditative state, I was no longer in my living room.
I was in Brazil, in my mother’s sitting room.
And I can tell you this with certainty:
I was there.
The night before, as I was falling asleep, I repeated a simple affirmation:
“I am a channel.”
But there is a difference between repeating words and becoming them.
That difference — the moment when thought becomes embodied truth — is where creation begins. It is where imagination becomes experience.
What I experienced may not have been tangible in the physical sense, but not everything requires the physical body to be real.
When we move through deeper dimensions of consciousness, we begin to access something far greater than ordinary physical experience.
Affirmations, when practiced in a deep state of relaxation, are not merely words.
They become instructions to the subconscious mind.
And when emotion is present — when you truly feel the truth of what you are affirming — something begins to shift internally.
That morning, before meditation, my conscious mind was restless.
It was pulling me toward worry, toward a future that did not yet exist.
But instead of reacting, I chose stillness.
And just like that, my mind began to soften and transition inward.
It was not forced.
It felt as though something within me was gently inviting me to release, layer by layer, the noise, the urgency, and the constant movement of the thinking mind.
For a brief moment, I was brought back by a small interruption: Vinny suddenly jumped toward the balcony, trying to reach a bird that had landed just outside.
It was such a simple moment — and yet, not simple at all.
In my spiritual understanding, when a bird appears at your door, your window, or your balcony, it is not coincidence. It is a form of presence. What I perceive as an angelic manifestation — a subtle sign that something beyond the physical is near, observing, or quietly communicating in its own way.
I paused for a moment, witnessing it fully.
And then, I returned inward.
What happened next is difficult to describe in human language.
I went deeper.
Beyond thought.
Beyond the awareness of the body.
Beyond urgency.
There was only presence.
Only stillness.
This is the stage where the mind begins moving into deeper states of consciousness — where intuition becomes clearer, the body softens, and inner stillness expands.
And within that stillness, guidance emerges naturally.
In this state, I was guided to send healing.
I began to see Reiki symbols forming from my Third Eye Chakra — luminous, alive, intelligent.
A wave of energy expanded from my heart centre and third eye, moving beyond what my logical mind could identify.
Homes.
Streets.
An entire neighbourhood.
I was simply there — facilitating, allowing, channeling.
Then, I found myself in my childhood home.
I created a sphere of white light around it — protective, powerful, gentle, complete.
From there, the energy continued expanding beyond what I could physically perceive.
And in that moment, something became deeply clear to me:
When you are truly aligned, you do not need to see with the eyes.
You simply know with the heart.
All of this happened within a relatively short meditation.
And it brought me back to a simple truth:
We are far more powerful than we allow ourselves to believe.
I did not plan this experience.
I only set an intention the night before.
I told my subconscious mind who I am:
A channel.
And the next morning, I was placed into the experience of being it.
I am not special.
I do not have superpowers.
What I have is commitment.
Years of practice.
Discipline of the mind.
Devotion to healing.
Since my first Reiki attunement in 2015, my life has transformed.
Reiki is not simply a technique — it is a path.
It shapes how you think.
How you feel.
How you move through life.
It opens you to a deeper relationship with yourself.
Many people are not fully aware of the depth of what they receive during a Reiki session.
Often, they come seeking relief from stress, tension, emotional exhaustion, or physical pain.
But what happens energetically can go far beyond the physical body.
Because Reiki works where it is needed most.
Quietly.
Intelligently.
Without force.
This work is not about illusion or fantasy.
It is about connection.
It is about returning to the Source — the field of love from which all things emerge.
And where love is present, fear begins to dissolve.
I am a Reiki Master and holistic therapist, and my work is to support others in reconnecting with their own inner alignment.
Whether through:
- one-to-one healing sessions
- distance Reiki with intuitive guidance and card readings
- or Reiki training and attunements
each offering is created to meet you exactly where you are in your journey.
I don’t chase clients.
I don’t convince.
But if something in this resonates with you — even quietly — trust that.
Because that is often where the journey begins.
If you feel called to explore this path more deeply, you can begin by reconnecting with your own energy system.
I’ve created a gentle introduction to the Chakra System to support you in understanding how your energy flows, where it may feel blocked, and how you can begin restoring balance within.
Sending love and healing your way,
Eliane
