Garshana dry body brush is a technique used in ancient Ayurveda medicine, with many Lymphatic benefits.
Massage Muscle Rollers with spiky wheels are used only over the sore muscles. It works on the myofascial system to reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow and relaxation. It targets trigger points, reduces pain levels and improves range of motion.
